Designs that solve a problem.
I take chaotic processes apart and put them back together so a team can run them without me in the room.

Four posts and counting
Part systems thinker, part creative lead.
I live on the east side of Madison with my dog and more tech gear than the room needs. At Church Media Squad I run systems, which mostly means making sure the communications, workflows, and data a church depends on stop eating the hours meant for ministry.
Most of my work now is Python on Vercel, Supabase behind it, and ClickUp where the team already lives. Which tool matters a lot less than whether the process survives without me. If a step only lives in somebody's head it breaks the first week they are on vacation, so I write it down and wire it up until the team can forget it is there.
Off the clock I am usually at a dog park with Pixel or out on a bike. Everything I build, TierCast included, comes from the same place: helping people decide together without having to be tech people to do it.
